Left-click the link corresponding to your Operating System above to view MEI installation instructions, or right-click on the link and choose "Save Target As" in Internet Explorer, or "Save Link As" in Netscape Navigator to download the instructions. The windows installation files are in .doc (Microsoft Word) format.

We have created a new diagnostic utility. You may be asked to download it. It certainly can't hurt to download it before you need it. It can be found here:
